Refund policy

If, within 30 days of receiving your products, you are not completely satisfied with them, or have changed your mind, you may return the products and receive a full refund for the price you paid, the original postage charges and any return postage charges to send the products back to us, if applicable (equivalent to the original postage price that you paid for delivery of the products to you) 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You must pay the costs of returning the products to us, if it is found that the products were not defective.

This policy only applies to products purchased from us, on our Dew Products website Online Store.

Once we have received and validated your returned products, we will confirm this to you by email. Your refund will then be processed and also confirmed to you by email.

It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to Ecoanolytes Ltd, and we cannot be held responsible for goods going missing in the post.

Please check your order and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at orders@ecoanolytes.com or call Customer Service at 01382 293436 to discuss any issues with products received and provide your order reference number, or have it to hand, when you contact us.
